Phoenix Arizona? Little Bugs crawling on walls? Springtime? Help?

These little brownish redish bugs are crawling up the walls in my home. But its only on one side of the house. We had this problem before and the bug guy said it was a spring time bug. It was 10x worse though. I'm glad i caught this now. Do you guys have this problem too? We haven't cut the weeds outback yet? Is that why? Please help, i've been spraying the whole side of the wall everyday and they're still somehow coming in. Advice? I know its not flease or bedbugs because this has happened before. just someone help?
