Are they starting to make 2 stroke dirt bikes again?

I know the whole 2 stroke, 4 stroke thing gets old but I am kind of confused. I thought around 2006 it became illegal for them to make, or at least import and sell new 2 stroke dirt bikes in the united states due to the EPA. But KTM never stopped, yamaha apparently started making them again in 2010 and have 2011 models. Kawasaki has small bore 2 stroke bikes but honda doesn't sell any that I can see on there site. And suzuki sells 2008 2 stroke 250's and newer models of small bore 2 strokes. So I don't get it... these are listed on there websites, are they just not available to the United states? I thought they stopped producing them, some companies have, some haven't and I really don't hear or no anyone that buys the 2011 yamaha 250's (2 stroke). I do see a lot of the 2 stroke ktm's though. So can someone explain exactly what is going on? Do they make them still? Why does honda not have any listed? Are they just not imported to the U.S.?
