Yes, she will come back..but if you CONTINUALLY disturb the nest she may abandon. Don't continue to approach the nest or linger near it.. the bird was scolding you meaning..GET AWAY FROM MY NEST! The bird does not need you help..let her raise her own babies..besides removing them is illegal. You can be fined or jailed for disturbing the nest of any native bird species..and it is also illegal for you to take the eggs. Let nature take it's course. NEVER remove wild eggs or birds from their nest. Also, I hope you are aware that baby birds leave their nests BEFORE they can fly...just because you see a baby bird on the ground does NOT mean it has fallen from the nest and that it needs your help..it may have left the nest on it's own..this is normal. Only if you see a completely bald baby bird on the ground..that would be the ONLY case that it needs your help..if it is fully feathered it belongs there..leave it.
