I need to find 3 people who were effective and powerful speakers who used their speaking abilities unethically?

other than adolf hitler and the televangelists i need 3 people who were or are very skillful in giving speeches however they used their talent in unethical ways. the person does not have to have been an unethical speaker all his life, it could be just one speech that they were unethical about. what i mean by unethical is they were stereotypical or evil (i.e. adolf hitler very good speaker but for a bad cause)
