Ps3 Headset Question?

I have this Logitech headset for ps3: http://www.amazon.com/Logitech-PlayStation-3-Vantage-USB-Headset/dp/B00008KXG5 and today a strange thing started happening. I was playing black ops zombies and when I joined a party i noticed that on all of the ones that had people that had mics it showed that they were talking but i couldn't hear them. But when I talk it does show that my mic is perceiving the sound so the problem is that i can talk and people can hear me but i cant hear them so does anybody know a way to fix this?
