Is this a good weight loss plan? What else can I do?
well i think it is a real god plan and where exactlly do u want to loss the weight? and just tell your self you have to cut bck on the junk food or if its to hard to sacrafice then just limit the junk foods you eat. and when you eat dont eat a big meal for breakfast then think you can skip lunch becaseu your body doesnt work that way for starting breakfast is the most important meal of the day so make sure you have breakfast and bring your own lunch to skool if all they sale at skool is junk caz thats what i do im a sophmore in high skool an i bring my own lunch because when you make your own lunch only you know what you put in there. and then for dinner have your mom make a healthy meal an then eat a saled with it. and every time you start to crave a candie or any type of junk food eat a fruit instead and drink lotz of water water actually fills you up thats why u are suppose to drink ur liquid drink after your meal & dont binge as soon as u get full you stop eating dont force yourself to eat more then u can take. or dont just eat when your board. do an activity at skool or sumthing to keep you buissy and i think youd loss about 30 pounds or more its just how much effort you put into it. just remember before you take a bit of that candy or junk food how much fat is going into your body. need any more help just let me know
