Do you ever think about the folks that develop children shows?

Jolly Roger's question about phineas and Ferb prompted this one. When watching some of those shows (I prescreen them) I can't help but think that there has to be a lot of drug use going on in those creative development and writing sessions they have. I mean - have you ever seen Yo Gabba Gabba?
