Shaving vs. Waxing and Tips?

I am 13 and have been shaving for 2 years. I have only ever shaved, never waxed. I know waxing legs makes hair take much longer to grow back, but it hurts like crap. is it worth it? what are your favorite razors? right now i'm using cheapy bic razors for women. they work well except on my ankles and pits.what are some pros and cons when it comes to shaving and waxing? tips on shaving/waxing bikini line? how old are you and how long have u been shaving/waxing? thanks for your help. even if u only answer one of my question, thats fine.
