Hardly, it just means that the origin of humans began not were we originally thought, it doesn't disprove anything, also if you look at the article, it does state that "Teeth are often unreliable indicators of origin, and yses of skull remains would more definitively identify the species found in the Israeli cave". It also states that the tooth is 400,000 years old and that humans are believed to have come about 700,000 years ago, it also states that they immigrated throughout the continents, meaning that tooth could well belong to an ancestor from Africa.
