How Can I track Down Parents of Kids with Disabilties or Individuals with Disabilities in Fayetteville, NC?

I've recently started an advocacy group for people with disabilities in Fayetteville, NC. I'm trying to get the word out about it, but having trouble know where to go to publicize. I know there are MANY parents with kids with autism on Fort Bragg. Any ideas?!?!?
