Do you have to be extremely feminine and fashion crazy to be a MtF ?

I suspect not. The s on TV probably behave the way they do because it gets them attention. I have always been a girl and am really girly and I have a ed friend whose really girly too, but we are just two girls. The two other girls who are hanging out in the next apartment might be sports chicks.
