Do deluge sprinkler systems have water flow alarms?

Fire suppression sprinkler systems commonly have "water flow alarms" that detect flow in the system whenever a sprinkler is activated (or water flows for another reason) due to the break of a fusible link. Do deluge systems (that do no rely on individual head activation but flow when fire is detected by other means) have the same type of alarms?
